Hey! How are you all?
I know it has been quite some time since I have reached out here on my blog. My sincere apologies to you all.
If you are still here checking in or stopping by for reference, thank you and you are always welcome here.
Today, I thought I would write a little something just to say hello. To inform you that I am still around and behind the scenes God is working! Some new things may be coming so be on the lookout for those. Although, why the absence? Well, usually when I write it is when I am led to do so. If I am not led I usually do not write it out! Also, I have been extremely busy with work, school, family, and making sure I include the Lord in everything I do.
Know you are not forgotten. You are loved. & greatly appreciated.
Before I go, remember what Jesus accomplished for all. He defeated death and sin. He won the victory. He gave us the ability to fix an estranged relationship with the Father. The gospels remind us that He came wrapped in flesh, born of a virgin, died, was buried, rose on the third day, and ascended. “When he had said this, as they were watching, he was lifted up, and a cloud took him out of their sight.” (Acts 1:9)
Yet while Jesus ascended into Heaven. There is a promise that some forget that I want to make light of today.
One day, He will return.
“ While he was going and they were gazing up toward heaven, suddenly two men in white robes stood by them. They said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking up toward heaven? This Jesus, who has been taken up from you into heaven, will come in the same way as you saw him go into heaven.” (Acts 1:10-11)
Just let that sink in for a moment.
“looking to Jesus the pioneer and perfecter of our faith, who for the sake of the joy that was set before him endured the cross, disregarding its shame, and has taken his seat at the right hand of the throne of God.” (Hebrews 12:2)
I am going to leave it there for now. I pray the Holy Spirit will fill in the blanks for you.
Hope your Holy Weekend is filled with God’s blessings, peace, and joy.
